Here at SpiritSmith we absolutely love getting feedback! Every review is read aloud to the team. Customer feedback is invaluable in allowing us to continuously improve. These short messages tell us what you like and what you absolutely love. We listen and adapt accordingly and here are a few of our favourite testimonials.
Who wouldn't want their recipients to scream with delight at the gift they'd chosen for them. In this case the recipient chose a personalised ciroc vodka hamper. We work hard to make our hampers as much of a 'wow' for your loved ones as we can. Research tells us that gifts are more memorable when they impress all your 5 senses. So that is what we try and achieve. Our gifts are all handcrafted with textures, scents, packaging which creates beautiful sounds and (our favourite) fairy lights to illuminate their favourite spirit. Marry all that with the taste of their favourite tipple and the personalised message and their name and you have a gift that will not only delight, but that will also stay in their minds for a long time.

Of course they do! And if they don't they are crazy! In e-commerce especially, it is sometimes the only contact you have with your customers. It would be short-sighted of any business not to use customer feedback to help them improve their business.
