Orders

If you have a discount code this can be entered at the last page of the checkout before you place your order. If you are shopping on desktop, the enter discount code box can be found to the right. If you are shopping on mobile, you will need to expand 'Show Order Summary' and the discount box will appear below.

Our working days are Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. Shipping times depend on the delivery method selected at the checkout. Our Standard Delivery is 3-5 Working Days (UK Mainland) See our delivery page to find out more information.

Unfortunately we don't currently ship internationally.

If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact or customer service team on hello@spiritsmith.co.uk. Please provide your full name and order number so that we can deal with your query in a timely manner.

If in the unlikely event any of your items appear to be damaged on arrival please do not hesitate to raise this with us. Please attach an image of the damage to an email and send to hello@spiritsmith.co.uk We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.

Yes, Hendrick’s Gin is proudly Scottish. In fact, the distiller behind this iconic brand is Lesley Gracie. Lesley is originally from Yorkshire but moved to Scotland in the late 80’s before perfecting the blend in 1999 and launching Hendrick’s Gin to the world.
